Who we are?
ZRFA – International Centre of Agro Training.
Our organization has been engaging in the youth agricultural exchange programs abroad for over 20 years since 1994. The organization is a member of the Grow Abroad World Alliance, which includes 27 countries participating in the international youth agricultural exchange programs.
We send young people and future professionals to foreign countries for training to acquire new experience in the field of agriculture. The result is that 2,200 people have already passed international programs in different parts of the world.
Exchange programs (general information)
Depending on which direction the future trainee is interested in, on his individual requests, wishes and needs, we provide selection of the farm or company, where he can get the most necessary skills. As a result the trainee acquires a unique personal experience, acquaints with the Western experience of farming, culture and traditions, improves language skills and replenishes his capital.
The duration of training in each program is 6-18 months. The trainee has the opportunity to pass one to three programs in different countries of interest and the selected direction.
In the course of training the trainee receives a salary from 800 to 2500 dollars a month (depending on country of residence). He lives on a farm, has the official status of stay in the country.
Program directions we have
Agricultural programs have a wide range of directions: pig farming, poultry farming, cattle (cattle – meat and milk), processing of dairy products, sheep breeding, breeding of ostriches, fur animals and others, as well as field works, machinery maintenance, forestry, fruit farming, greenhouses, landscaping, etc.

Geography of activities covers 3 continents and more than 12 Western countries:

Europe: Germany, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, Sweden, Netherlands, Poland.

North America: USA, Canada.

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.
Who are our trainees?
Young people, students, graduates of agricultural schools, farmers, managers and company executives can undertake training abroad.
The acquisition of practical skills occurs on farms and companies of different levels, from the family type to an industrial scale.
The trainee during training is involved in all stages of production and engaged in all organizational matters.

for owners of agricultural enterprises that want to improve their skills, enrich employees with the new experience and knowledge to further improve the efficiency and quality of own business;

the program participants who have undergone two or more foreign training, we are able to provide information on employment in agricultural complexes and on farms in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus.
